AutoControl since 2009
I have been running AutoControl in Bydgoszcz since 2009. I handle diagnostics and repairs myself, so from the first conversation to vehicle pickup, you deal directly with the person actually working on your car.
Over the years, I have gained experience both in Poland and while working at Snap Drive in Bergen, Norway.
At AutoControl, I focus on accurate diagnostics, a clearly agreed scope of work, and contacting customers before any additional repairs are carried out.

Do I need to make an appointment in advance?
It is best to contact us before coming in. This lets us arrange a convenient time and discuss the problem briefly in advance.
Can I leave my car with you during the repair?
Yes. You can leave your car with us for diagnostics or repairs and pick it up when the work is complete.
Can I bring my own parts?
No. We select and order parts ourselves from trusted suppliers. This gives us control over their quality and allows us to stand behind the repair.
Will I know the cost before the repair starts?
After diagnosis, we agree with you on the scope of work and expected cost. If we find an additional issue during the repair, we let you know before doing any additional work.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. We issue receipts and VAT invoices.
How can I pay?
We prefer cash. We also accept BLIK and bank transfers.
