I have been running AutoControl in Bydgoszcz since 2009. My name is Jacek Zarzycki, and I personally handle vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
I focus on accurate diagnostics, direct customer contact, and a clearly agreed scope of work.
We check first. Then we repair.
We do not replace parts just to see if that fixes the problem. First, we try to identify the actual cause. Then we discuss the scope of work and expected repair cost with you.
If we find an additional issue during the work, we contact you before doing anything extra.
Experience built over the years
I have been repairing cars for many years. I gained experience both in Poland and while working in Norway, including at a Snap Drive shop in Bergen.
I founded AutoControl in 2009 and have served customers from Bydgoszcz and the surrounding area ever since.

At AutoControl, you speak directly with me — the person working on your car. That means information about the problem, repair scope, and cost does not pass through several people.
This keeps communication simple and makes responsibility for what was agreed and completed clear.
We choose the parts ourselves
We do not install parts supplied by customers. We order components ourselves from trusted suppliers and choose brands we know and trust.
This gives us control over the quality of the parts used and allows us to stand behind the repair.

We mostly work on privately owned vehicles of different makes and model years, from popular city and family cars to more demanding mechanical repairs and diagnostics.
We have extensive experience with PSA and VAG Group vehicles, but we also service cars from other manufacturers.
